Expressive arts therapy practitioner working to understand the mind body connect through intermodal therapeutic art forms. Currently, I am pursuing my MSc in clinical mental health counseling aiming to blend therapeutic art forms with traditional modes of therapy. I am inclined towards using person-centred approach, rational emotive behaviour therapy, transactional analysis, CBT, research, and developing creative treatment plans. Specific fields of interest include working with trauma, anxiety, life adjustment issues, developmental challenges, personality issues, attachment patterns, and building resilience.Advocacy and social justice are an integral part of my professional identity. I fight against period poverty and menstrual health via Paddling Foundation.
