Evoluer provides individuals with diverse needs the skills to comfortably pursue a mainstream professional career. We equip our students with professional intelligence and emotional skills to valuably contribute to businesses. Evoluer was founded in 2017 by a group of practicing educators working in the field of disability. Our vision was to set a new paradigm of inclusive practices, not only in schools and other educational institutes, but in the industry as well. Currently a consortium consisting of leaders in the field of Education and Special Needs, experienced corporate influencers and relentless workers who make it happen. Over the last few years, Team Evoluer has worked closely with various corporate and educational institutes and parent bodies to raise awareness, train employers and teachers, so as to build careers of people with disabilities. Evoluer has collaborated with leaders in the industry towards the same purpose to accomplish assignments on learning, create accessibility and inclusion, and employment. In the past we partnered with leaders in various sectors such as hospitality, banking, data processing, insurance, retail, hospitals and manufacturing. Evoluer is working with the SCPwD – Skill Council for Persons with Disability and is devising a road map that will catapult PwD up for Success at Workplaces. Evoluer’s Training partners include the Future Group, Big Bazaar, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels, Sarovar Hotels, Pride Plaza Hotels, Soap Works India, V-Shesh, etc. Since its inception seven years ago, Evoluer has been consistently working in the field of Workplace Inclusion. Evoluer has partnered with Global Organizations like California University, Lesley College, Cambridge and APSN, Singapore, to name a few. There has been a steady exchange of knowledge via trainer Currently, Evoluer has 90 young people from across the globe going through a robust Employability Training Program, and another 150 who are our Alumni.
