• Managing the reception desk along with day-to-day front office activities as well as concierge desk.Day to day front office activities includes assisting guest for their enquiries, check in and check out, banking etc.
• Assist reservation department by handling online reservations.

• Managing the reservation and front desk with the help of a team consisting 10 people.
• Planning training schedule for new staff.
• Handling web portal reservations, rates and availability. Attending meetings with sales department to accelerate the revenue.Preparing MIS reports at the end of the month.

• Manage operation of the Front Desk including cashier. Ensure that policies and procedures are compiled with the highest standard of service and guest satisfaction.
• Work with Housekeeping and Engineering on daily operations regards to guest room status.
• Handle guest complaints and review guest complaints.
• Supervise and train new staff.
• Review room availability status, room blockage and special requests while handling reservations and assisting reservation manager.
