Shift Charge Engineer(SCE) at Ghorashal 4th unit Re-Powered Combined Cycle Power Plant.

O&M of Summit Meghnaghat 305/335 MW Dual Fuel Combined Cycle Power Plant.1.Ensuring the maintenance of standard parameters and operability of the water treatment and the wastewater treatment plant, river raw water, cooling tower water.2.Operation of two HRSGs(boiler) & maintaining all drums water quality.3.Develop process improvements and optimize process and analyze the chemical compositions of water, fuel, gas and atmosphere for the most safe, reliable,maximum efficient operation of all plant and meet the needs of environmental requirement.4.Monitor and control sampling and chemical systems for the plant operations through plant distributive control system (DCS) and other process control devices.5.A hands-on background in analysis of boiler water, raw water, cooling water, fuel, gas, atmosphere and handling of equipments.6.Assist smooth plant start up and safe shut down causing no delay or damage of the equipment maintaining all safety issue.7.Supervision and operation of plant utility system such as Closed cooling water (CCW) system, Water treatment unit, Production of demineralization water using ion-exchange process.8.Assist emergency recovery organization system for unexpected emergency situation of plant.9.Taking appropriate action to ensure efficiency and compliance to safety and environmental &administrative guidelines.10. Doing documentation work & adhering to ISO guidelines11. Cooperate with other operation engineers, efficiency engineer, chemists and operation technicians to meet most safe, reliable and maximum efficient operation in the plant.12. Monitoring the operation and performance of BOP area while on shift.13.Read, interpret and adjust meters and gauges to make sure plant equipment is operating properly.14.Provide leadership and job coordination on critical repairs or projects

1.Performing routine and non-routine analysis using traditional and modern analytical techniques, as required by the Lead Analyst or customer representative.2.Reviewing analytical data for GMP compliance.3.Initiating and follow-up results and action limits as per customer procedures.4.Participating in the preparation of reports.5.Documenting data as dictated by current client policies and procedures.6.Ensuring that the customer gets the best possible service by continually reviewing best practice in relation to both commercial and quality issues and ensuring 100% ethical work standards and GMP compliance.7.Prepare and approve results for tests in which they have been received.8.Understanding and being constantly aware of the customer’s requirements.9.Deal with customer queries and contact designated personnel, with appropriate support from onsite leadership, with any relevant information or issues relating to test results or the service in general.Support local audits as required,10.Performing QC samples in accordance with customer procedures.11.Revise SOPs as required by the Lead Analyst.12.Keeping the laboratory area clean and tidy in both ‘seen’ and ‘unseen’ areas.13.Providing cover for other members of staff as required and for taking part in the customer’s weekend rota and/or overtime schedule.14.Ensuring that all documentation is carried out on time, is accurate and legible and conforms to the relevant quality standards. 15.Mentoring junior members of the team with this regard.16.Ensure that the customer’s requirements are fully met or exceeded17.Taking part in Zero Discharge audits and practices
