CurrentProvide hardware, software & connectivity expertise to users in a 24/7 Windows/Mac environment. Support on-site & remote users for software issues via the Help-desk. Perform hardware maintenance, repair, upgrade & diagnostics, including software, patches & OS installs. Build & deploy new server & workstation equipment.- Support technical calls, email and Tickets- Create packages and scripts for deployment of software, patches and updates - Administer documentation portal and coordinate all IT activities related to document control procedure- Manage Remote Endpoint security- Perform security upgrades and patches on Windows Server and various enterprise applications- Creation and deployment of computer images - Administer Software Asset Management- Asset tracking and management - Monitor, maintenance and troubleshooting of Servers, Clients and Network- Installing & Configuring Network Printers with Print Server and File servers- Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues
