Provide hardware, software & connectivity expertise to users in a 24/7 Windows/Mac environment. Support on-site & remote users for software issues via the Help-desk. Perform hardware maintenance, repair, upgrade & diagnostics, including software, patches & OS installs. Build & deploy new server & workstation equipment.- Support technical calls, email and Tickets- Create packages and scripts for deployment of software, patches and updates - Administer documentation portal and coordinate all IT activities related to document control procedure- Manage Remote Endpoint security- Perform security upgrades and patches on Windows Server and various enterprise applications- Creation and deployment of computer images - Administer Software Asset Management- Asset tracking and management - Monitor, maintenance and troubleshooting of Servers, Clients and Network- Installing & Configuring Network Printers with Print Server and File servers- Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues

Reporting directly to the Managing DirectorManaging Strategic and Key Accounts for PRO-TECHnology to ensure deep account penetrationProviding clients with Turnkey IT Solutions covering the entire Spectrum of Apple Product Portfolio Solutions. Also providing product pre-sales, Positioning & post sales support for networking solutions from design to Implementation.Formulate and execute Sales, Presales, Solution Designing, Demos, Presentations, Project Initiation, Project signoff, Adding New AMC’s Clientele; Management of Product, Pricing, Costing and Profit Margins.Key responsibilities-Lead & Manage key strategic relations in enterprise level accounts by regular visits and meetings.o Be early in projects to ensure strong & early entry into account; Good Negotiating and Successful closing of deals.o Involving principals/partners as business strategies to close large enterprise cases with higher margins.o Ensure repeat business through client retention & loyalty; special focus and building of services contracts.o Increase Clientele by selling major portfolio products & services across different business verticalso Expertise on Services focus; responsible for driving services, managing service changes.o Maintain an awareness of company offerings to clients for future solutions and servicesEnsured that the customer receives a timely and accurate quotation for the appropriate solution. - Met customer needs, offers opinions, resolves problems and follows up with customers in a timely manner.Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and building new business opportunities for the pipeline, including cold calling, setting appointments, generating quotes and closing deal.Deep knowledge of products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings.Cold calling and qualification of new prospects on daily basis with a target of at least 5 new qualified prospects per week.
