ARCHIBUS is a building management system.I liaise with the client to determine their requirements and then get the system customised for them as well as standardising the clients data and setting up the system to the clients specifications.Project Management• Assisting with the planning and compilation of the initial project plan.• Management of the project on assigned project level.• Liaising with and managing client’s expectations to ensure successful delivery.• Resource management for the specific project as required for adherence to timescales.Software Design• Client requirement analysis to determine specific workflow and finalisation of layout of the user interface. • Write a functional design specification for the development of customised reports and layouts as determined during requirement analysis. Data Analyst• Extracting data from various platforms such as SQL databases, Excel and MS Access.• Compiling a new data set from the supplied data sources for sign-off by the client.• Data clean-up and manipulating.• Reporting on the current data for the client.• Standardisation of Client data for upload to the ARCHIBUS Software System.• Data upload to SQL servers for use by the ARCHIBUS Software System.• To some degree data mining to find why there is an error and then correcting the data following best practice.Maintenance Planning• Review the clients current process and work flow to accommodate it within the system.• Assisting in the beginning to initiate and complete the new flow.
