Jaarlijks begeleid hij ook een 20-tal studententeams bij het maken van hun business case.De begeleiding van organisaties verloopt steeds volgens een plan van aanpak met vaste stappen en tussentijdse evaluatiemomenten. Voor de projecten wordt steeds de juiste expertise samengesteld en wordt er gewerkt met mixed teams van studenten, alumni, lectoren en externe experten.De begeleiding is vooral gericht naar middelgrote organisaties en is daarom zo laagdrempelijk mogelijk, hands-on, gericht op snel resultaat en minimaal risico.
