Dirk De Jongh is lector innovatie en begeleider bij het implementeren van nieuwe ideeën en innovatieprojecten.Hij begeleide meer dan 60 innovatieprojecten bij bedrijven en ontwikkelde diverse trainingen en kenniskringen voor vormingsorganisatie en federaties. Jaarlijks begeleid hij ook een 20-tal studententeams bij het maken van hun business case.De begeleiding van organisaties verloopt steeds volgens een plan van aanpak met vaste stappen en tussentijdse evaluatiemomenten. Voor de projecten wordt steeds de juiste expertise samengesteld en wordt er gewerkt met mixed teams van studenten, alumni, lectoren en externe experten.De begeleiding is vooral gericht naar middelgrote organisaties en is daarom zo laagdrempelijk mogelijk, hands-on, gericht op snel resultaat en minimaal risico. Bottem-up innoveren via continue leercycli.Elk begeleiding start met een vrijblijvende verkenning van de vraag of uitdaging.
