I like to think of myself as a growing and learning individual. I thrive on a challenge, and love to see a successful conclusion of a project. My work experience spans many functional areas and I am regarded as a generalist able to adapt to any environment.My strengths are my honesty, persistence and zeal for programming. I will probably die with my hands on a keyboard. My biggest weakness is my sensitive emotional demeanor and at times my straightforward honesty.I have been professionally involved in development, and specific web/browser application development since 1998. My experience in dealing with the full life cycle of an application has given me excellent insight into the requirements needed to successfully deliver a well-developed product.My philosophy favors simple and elegant solutions that address tangible business needs, rather than being a cutting-edge solution. I aim not to be "out there" in terms of design. A simple, well known design is easier to understand for those that must work on a project in the future, myself included. I am not driven by technology trends or hype, but by good old-fashioned common sense.To this end I strive to use design patterns (but not rigorously).
