In my role as Business Development Manager for the NSRI, I focus on expanding and strengthening donor relationships to secure critical funding for our life-saving mission. My responsibilities include prospecting new donor opportunities, developing funding strategies, and managing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • Managed a portfolio of 40 short-term rental properties in Cape Town.• Prioritised client relationship management to ensure property owners have peace of mind, their property preferences are accounted for, and to address any concerns or navigate unforeseen circumstances.• Optimised booking platforms to manage marketing campaigns, guest bookings, payments, disputes and claims on Booking.com and AirBnB.• Maximised revenue through curated property listings, trend analysis and adjusting pricing strategies.• Coordinate laundry, cleaning and concierge services implemented by the Cleaning, Operations and Guest Experience teams.• Facilitated overall property maintenance and respond to unforeseen issues.• Managed supplies and service providers.• Addressed guest relations when escalated by the Guest Experience team.
