Liaise with major accounts, customers and prospects to analyze and define product needs. Translate and match product needs with existing Amadeus product portfolio. Liaise with product development teams in order to deliver turn-key solutions to customers and prospects. Design and develop projects relating to product platforms integrating the Amadeus products for prospect customers. Liaise with various teams within Amadeus as well as systems vendors in order to propose an integrated turnkey solution to the customer (including platform hardware, office automation, backoffice accounting integration, ticketing etc.)Initiate and steer product development requirements with Amadeus development department. Develop business case studies for motivation of development requirements.Organize ‘bring to market’ activities for new products and / or product versions.Responsible for customer service and helpdesk department of Amadeus Benelux.
