Project included value proposition definition for debit card products and debit accounts, market research, financial feasibility quantification, changes with regulator, internal development of new value proposition features, implementation roadmap development, and implementation PMO. Bank has launched both value propositions with great results. Managed team of 6 people, including peers. • Supported expansion strategy generation for mPOS fintech in Europe. Expansion strategy included P&L quantification of mPOS and debit product bundle, regional benchmark of competitors, and understanding of cultural components for expansion’s success.• Led project to generate onboarding strategy to banking products of one of 2 top banks in Mexico. This strategy included communication pillars, messages, onboarding paths, incentives for first usage, and mapping of data governance for onboarding custimization. Strategy led to an increase in first usage fo 30%+. Managed team of 2 people.• Led project to generate migration strategy from closed loop product to Mastercard debit product in Panama. Strategy led to successful migration and adoption of debit cards in the country, which didn’t issue debit products previously. Managed team of 1 person.

Project included value proposition definition for credit card products, financial feasibility quantification, path to issuance with Mastercard and payment processor, implementation roadmap development and implementation PMO. First time managing a junior resource with good results.• Built 2015 payments strategy for top bank in Panama. Strategy included debit and credit card portfolios, acquiring solutions, and innovative tools.• Developed debit card usage-based segmentation for top bank in Mexico. Segmentation included profiling, characterization, and commercial approach for each identified cluster.
