• Led project to generate migration strategy from closed loop product to Mastercard debit product in Panama. Strategy led to successful migration and adoption of debit cards in the country, which didn’t issue debit.

• Developed debit card usage-based segmentation for top bank in Mexico. Segmentation included profiling, characterization, and commercial approach for each identified cluster.
