Dirk van Oosterbosch is interaction designer, interface architect and iOS developer.Ambitions:My aim is to enable and empower people through digital technology: to invite them to explore new paradigms, gain deeper insights into their own world and build awesome stuff. To accomplish this, I teach coding skills to designers, research intuitive and innovative user interfaces that give direct feedback and build powerful, inspiring tools to manage complex processes and create amazing work.During my studies at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy (graphic design) and his MA media design the Piet Zwart Institute, I used the computer as tool to create a myriad of other tools. He developed VJ software, social network tools and an suite for non-lineair (hyper-)audio.Currently I am into physical computing. I am a founder of META (making electronic thingies in Amsterdam) and the interface designer of Fritzing.Within the next 5 years I seek to be working at a leading institute, researching the future of interface and computers and how they could much better serve humans.Specialties: interface design, human computer interaction, usability, physical computing
