- At WHH country office; for EU funded project, entitled "Enhancing the role and participation of CSOs in promoting good governance and ensuring inclusive development in Ethiopia".- Ensure the Country Office MEAL minimum standards are part of the day-to-day Program implementation and quality monitoring practices.- Conduct Program monitoring visits, discuss observations, and develop improvement plans with the Program team and share the findings with the Program team as well as the CO MEAL team. - Design ToR to guide the process of the external evaluation and working with the evaluation team closely especially on ensuring the quality of methodological approach and report. - Ensure MEAL tools and action plans are regularly updated and implemented on timely base and data/ evidence are shared with the Program team.- Design/adapt MEAL tools adapted to the Program (such as activity & budget plan, MEAL activities time plan and indicator tracking, reporting, learning tools, accountability plan).- Design ToR to guide the external baseline survey and closely support the selection the consulting team and working with the team especially on ensuring the quality of methodological approach and report. - - Ensure the baseline studies meet the quality and WHH and donor standards and expectations and is well adapted to the Program.-Independently develop Program MEAL tools based on observed gaps or requests.

- Develop the overall, country level, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan (MEL Plan) and annual implementation plans for the Project’s M&E systems, in collaboration with senior Project staff.- Ensure MEAL tools and action plans are regularly updated and implemented on timely base and data/ evidence are shared with the project team.- Ensure data management system and result-based management in all child protection and education in emergency projects.- Ensue project the M&E database is developed and implemented (eg. Digital based beneficiary master list distribution list)- Provide data quality assurance for surveys and qualitative tools (from design to data analysis). Regularly review data collection processes, perform data quality assessments, and make adjustment as needed.

- Provide technical support during project M&E planning, including guidance ondeveloping the indicators and measuring results, development of M&E tools andmethodologies.-Manage and supervise; Three MEAL managers, One CFRM manager, Two consortium MEAL experts directly and Seven MEAL officers indirectly. Make sure MEAL tasks are accomplished on timely basis and adequate support is delivered for the team.- Cooperate with HOPs and programs in the developmentinterventions and emergency planning and preparedness process.Provide regular technical support in routine and results-based monitoring, includingsupport to PMs in meaningful reporting on indicators.-Supervise of CFRM Manager and serve as a focal person for Complaint / Feedback response mechanisms (CRM).-Coordinate data collection for PIN strategic indicators across programmes forHQ/global reporting. -Facilitates discussion on the most important findings andrecommendations from M&E and systematically support the Program teams in usingof M&E results and findings.

MEAL officer for ECHO, DANIDA, bha funded projects.- conduct need assessment, PDM, baseline, Emeline etc. and produce reports- provide technical assistance for protection and cash departments for timely and quality project implementation.- Prepare weekly, monthly, Quarterly work plan and reports. - Prepare MEAL performance Monitoring tool/ PMT. Ensure it's quality and timelines.

- Lead and manage project staffs, Social service workers and Volunteers in Gedio zone. - Coordinate and maintain good working relationship with zonal, words and kebele stakeholders.- Represent organization and ensure good working condition with private and government stakeholders - Followup project activities, schedules and manage project budget ( expenditure) are in line with organization's and donors requirements.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarter and Annual report - Provide technical assistance on designing and developing HIV / OVC performance monitoring plan (PMP) and ensure it is utilized by project team. - Ensure the development and utilization of data quality management (DQM) and ensure project activities are in line with the plan- Provide technical assistance to the project team in ensuring timely and quality service is provided.

Provide different trainings for staff, volunteers,animators and selected targets. -Map potential stakeholders and link beneficiaries for sustainable support. Conduct community conversation concerning service provision and quality of items provided. -Prepare site based weekly, monthly and quarterly plans and reports. Conduct on job, field, office level supportive supervision monitoring and provide feedback, orientation and technical assistance for staff.- Support Community Committees/CCs/ in preparing annual work plan, resourcemobilization plan and joint monitoring plan.
