Advocating for Survivors of Suicide and 'Ability Over Disability' through online content creation of my getting involved in everything from; activities for the disabled and general daily adventuring, to the more extreme adventures.I'm also a speaker and presenter, who shares his own lived experiences with mental ill health, disability and suicide, whilst encouraging and supporting others to share their own experiences, within the same three areas.

During my time in the Army, I spoke in front of audiences up to 1000 people strong, for around 45mins at a time and believe me when I say, that the British Army Soldier can be some of the toughest audiences around!Then over the past three years, I have provided hundreds of Presentations whilst training the public and private sectors in Mental Health, increasingly spoken at a wide variety of venues, typically on the subject of Mental Health and regarding my ongoing journey with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Chronic Spinal Pain. I have spoken at both paid and unpaid gigs, with my speaking at Schools, Universities, Community functions and Networking events on a pro-bono basis, helping where I can and seeking to provide a better understanding of Mental Health, inspiring and empowering people to have the confidence, to manage their own Mental Wellbeing.

During 14yrs served in the Army, I experienced high-pressure hostile environments around the globe, where Mental Resilience was a necessity and even a wide variety of situations within the UK, that were highly stressful. I also gained over 10 years specific training and experience in Instructing, Coaching and Mentoring, Tri-Service personnel, from 1 to 1's to teams numbering over 450, including Multi Nationals whilst on Operations.These experiences and skill sets, combined with training in Neuro Linguistic Programming-NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-CBT and as a Mental Health First Aid-MHFA Trainer, place me in a unique position to best support businesses large and small. From guiding them through the process of collating relevant information and identifying an organisations specific requirements and pinch points, to developing an initial Wellbeing strategy. I can then support them in producing the desired outcomes which would result in enhanced efficiency and tangible results that are measurable. I can then recommend training that is right for the organisations specific requirements and if need be, amend course content or develop something bespoke.One of the key phases following the training, where I come into my own, is the implementation and integration of the training itself and the individuals who have received it. Should you not ask a simple question at the planning phase of: "What next", then you will find the training having greatly reduced effectiveness, support for the individuals and return on your investment!
