With over three years of experience at ZS, I've worked on various pharma projects, specializing in data onboarding strategies, MDM migrations and business operations. My experience includes leading the data migration for 150+ client affiliates onto the MDM system, handling business operations, optimizing processes using SQL and Python, and collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders. These projects have honed my skills in stakeholder management, project planning, resource allocation, and client relations. My work has resulted in significant efficiency gains and cost savings for both my team and clients, demonstrating my ability to drive initiatives and deliver tangible results in complex, data-driven environments. Currently, I am managing a 3-member team, orchestrating data migration to an enhanced field/territory management product.
