Som projektleder i ansvarlighedsafdelingen (CSR) i Coop sidder jeg med nogle af de projekter, der har en klar ekstern profil. Fælles for mange af de projekter jeg arbejder med er, at de har et involverende og innovativt aspekt. Det drejer sig kort sagt om at møde kunder/forbrugere med ansvarlighedsdagsordener på en involverende måde, så Coops kunder fx får mulighed for at give deres mening til kende vedr. Coops varer og ansvarlighedsarbejde, eller får noget viden på en ny måde, som de kan bruge til at træffe de valg, de finder rigtige, når de står i supermarkedet. Vi vil gerne gøre det lettere for danskerne, at tage stilling til deres eget forbrug. Et eksempel på dette arbejde er det grønne univers i Coop App'en, hvor man kan se sit klimaaftryk. Jeg fungerer derudover som rådgiver og sparringspartner hvad angår CSR-relaterede emner, og samarbejder således tæt med bl.a. vores marketing teams. Endelig er jeg ansvarlig for virksomhedens CSR-rapportering og arbejdet frem mod at blive klar til at leve op til de nye krav til rapportering, som vi ser ind i via CSRD. Der sker virkelig meget på det område, og det er spændende at være med til at gøre forretningen klar og arbejde med vores data, væsentlighedsvurdering og rapportering på en anden måde end tidligere.

Projektmedarbejder i ansvarlighedsafdelingen i FDB. Jeg arbejder på projektet FDB's Grønne Idépris, der handler om at mindske madspild i detailhandlen og hjemme hos forbrugerne via innovative idéforslag fra forbrugere, studerende og virksomheder/eksperter. Mit job er dels at kommunikere om konkurrencen og dels at stå for mere praktiske og administrative opgaver i forbindelse med afholdelsen af konkurrencen og finalearrangementet.

As communication consultant in Telia I have worked with both proactive and reactive PR i.e. managing the daily contact with media, developing communication and PR plans, key messages, and press releases. For a period I was interim PR manager. This entailed that I was responsible for the daily media contact as well as the internal reporting and communication with the colleagues in the other communication departments in TeliaSonera. Supporting various projects and giving advice on communication matters was also part of my job.

For a period of four years I was self employed in my company Ditkom. Ditkom was a consultancy which focused on political communication, strategic communication, PR, and CSR. Feel free to contact me if you are looking for a consultant within one of these fields.

As project manager I developed an initial CSR strategy for Telia in Denmark. Getting the right people together, analyzing the existing initiatives within the area, and setting up target areas for Telia in Denmark corresponding with the overall focus in TeliaSonera were some of the tasks. I was also the driving force behind a recycling project that focused on collecting used mobiles in order to make sure they were disposed in the correct way. In connection with this I developed texts for internal and external communication about the initiative.

As a communication consultant in Telia I worked with external as well as internal communications. This allowed me to gain valuable experience in the fields of PR and strategic communication, issues management, and CSR reporting.

As a trainee in Telia's communication department I gained experience with PR and internal communication. Among my responsibilities were writing articles for the company's intranet and external press releases. I was also the driving force behind a large scale project aimed at increasing the local media coverage, by providing training in PR for shop managers and writing press releases directed at the different regions and towns in Denmark.
