Developed accounting and management reporting processes and tools for business units. Worked on securing financing and setting up HUONE Copenhagen.

ZenRobotics Ltd is a high-tech company specialized in Artificial Intelligence (AI) controlled robotic systems. The key product, the ZenRobotics Recycler, reclaims valuable raw materials from waste.Worked close to the business and investors as part of the Management team and as secretary of the Board of Directors. Participated in several investment rounds.

The main product was the youth site Habbo Hotel, with communities in over 30 countries.Joined the company during a period of strong, global expansion. Brought accounting in-house and was instrumental in taking finance to IFRS compliance within two years. Developed internal controls and follow-up of revenue streams from global billing partner network.

The company offers electronic service management and clearing solutions within shopping, traveling and community services. Worked on funding of product development and on internationalization projects.

Paris Area, France

Worked as CFO of the Norwegian Noral Group (outdoor lighting) with production plants in Norway and France during "ownership change" period. Based in Paris. Worked on project basis for Merivaara on the restructuring of its French operations.

The Merivaara division comprised production of hospital furnishing and operating theater solutions in Finland with sales companies in the Nordics, the Baltics and France, in addition to turn key hospital projects in Russia. Worked close to the business as member of the Management Team, and participated in the restructuring of the French operations.

Oslo Area, Norway

As Finance Manager I was also head of HR and IT functions of the production and sales units, first in Norway, and later also in Sweden. Worked close to the business as member of the Management Team. Reported to the local CEO and to the Group Controller at HQ in Finland.

Pforzheim Area, Germany

Based in Pforzheim as head of local controlling team. In charge of reporting to HQ of Consumer Electronics in Geneva, and VP International Business in Pforzheim.

Joined Helsinki based Labsystems Corporation, that later became part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Worked closely with subsidiaries in Europe, the US and Japan when based in Helsinki. Participated in several restructuring projects. Developed financial reporting tools for the group. Carried out restructuring of the Spanish and French operations when based in.
