Promoted through a series of increasingly responsible positions, I strive to target at utmost customer experience by keeping abreast of the latest payment domain knowledge across the domains such as Retail, Finance, and Banking. Supporting Company’s objective, I serve as the Technical Program Manager to deliver Tesco Enterprise Payment Service programs. Spotting best practices & critical areas for the program management. Putting in my best efforts, I manage online (Tesco.com) and offline (Tesco Stores) payment transaction programs while maintaining an OPEX budget worth ~£3m per year. I contribute to streamlining programs such as SCA (Strong Customer Authentication), migration of card & cash payments from legacy Tesco Tills to distributed API Tesco Tills. It has been my credential to migrate Tesco.com grocery (1.4 million orders per week) & recurring subscription payments, from old payment technology applications to strategic API payment platforms. Selective accomplishments of this role include:• Delivered SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) program for EU (UK, Czech Republic, Hungary & Slovakia) and ROI to a challenging timeline with a lot of last-minute challenges in FY2020-21 with 8 cross-functional teams.• Migrated Tesco online and mainframe traffic to TLS1.2 as per PCI mandate, 3DS authenticate service to 3rd party service provider of Barclays Bank across all Tesco online channels.Currently working through one of the complex programs Cash devices for Self Service Checkouts (SSC); Building Cash capability in a new distributed API's Tesco Till.

• Working on securing and improving the end to end payments processing within Tesco Stores & Dotcom including encryption of payment card data, covering authorization and settlement• Customer Data, analyzing vulnerabilities and specifying/implementing remediation’s for customer data handling processes across the landscape of operational and analytical customer data stores• Serving as a Technical Consultant for Tesco Authorization, Settlement and Encryption Systems (PCIDSS)• Assuring initiative, project and/or program deliverables are met on time and within budget as required• Ensuring project compliance with company software quality processes by adopting AGILE methodology
