I bring wide industry expertise in Performance Management solutions in order to translate large enterprise business requirements into technical requirements and solutions, guiding sales teams in applying the appropriate Riverbed solutions to customer needs. I have the business acumen to translate Riverbed Performance Management technology into business advantage when speaking with C-level individuals with a deep understanding of enterprise business processes as they relate to EUEM, APM and NPM.

Responsible for selling Riverbed SteelCentral Performance Management platform, that includes tools instrumented for Network Performance Management & Diagnostics (NPM) based on SNMP, WMI, Packet, and Flow technologies, as well as Application Performance Management (APM) with software-based server agents and JavaScript, and End-User-Experience Management (EUEM) with software-based client agents. The platform provides visibility into end-to-end application delivery dependencies, network and infrastructure monitoring with behavior analytics, packet analysis,a nd end-user device health. As the Riverbed senior sales engineer in the southeast, my responsibility included supporting sales teams in North/South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. The technology also targets network, security, and data center operations groups to provide application performance management, improved threat and compliance management, and complete visibility into end-to-end network performance.
