Floship offers fulfillment and logistics services to their clients. As an Account Manager, assisting clients who have eCommerce business/ entrepreneurs in managing their accounts. Onboarding is one of the processes wherein I set up a video call or any way that would suit clients preference in showing them the navigation of system from order entry till integration of system to their shopping carts like WooCommerce, Shopify, Bigcommerce and others. Ensuring that they are fully equipped as they go live and start receiving orders is just one of the tasks with my role. In addition to this, making sure that they are updated in a timely manner by responding to their emails and also communicating with the correct departments based on their concerns.

I have worked for one of the reputable brand agencies in the US (BDA: bdainc.com) for the past three years as a Project Coordinator, acting as the bridge between our clients and vendors, entering and processing orders through applications on Oracle and ensuring that orders are delivered in a timely manner. I do follow-ups on orders, and contact stakeholders to get or provide updates via email chat and phone. I also handle negotiations with suppliers to make sure that I maintain or pull up my margin for an order.

I worked as a customer service representative for Virgn Mobile USA, one of telecommunications companies in the US. I used to help customers to process payments, add and update their plans and accounts. As time passed I was transitioned to support technical issues and later on moved to a back office position to audit calls and send escalations to operations from audited calls.
