Account Manager
CurrentFloship offers fulfillment and logistics services to their clients. As an Account Manager, assisting clients who have eCommerce business/ entrepreneurs in managing their accounts. Onboarding is one of the processes wherein I set up a video call or any way that would suit clients preference in showing them the navigation of system from order entry till integration of system to their shopping carts like WooCommerce, Shopify, Bigcommerce and others. Ensuring that they are fully equipped as they go live and start receiving orders is just one of the tasks with my role. In addition to this, making sure that they are updated in a timely manner by responding to their emails and also communicating with the correct departments based on their concerns.
