Successfully launched programs to build the ecosystem for backup solutions on VMware Cloud on AWS and eventually for almost every VMware platform such as Cloud Director, VMware Cloud Foundation. Backup vendors actively leverage this program to demonstrate Day0 readiness for our mutual customers. My role involved extensive cross-team collaboration with different business units within VMware, while I worked through various parts of VMware stack and multiple products ranging from Graphics, CPU enablement, I/O drivers to I/O filters, vSphere lifecycle management and data protection solutions. Most recently, designed and established the process to shrink the release cadence for VMware validations and certifications to align with the 6 month release cadence of vSphere and to meet the agility of VMware cloud portfolio. Was awarded with a spot recognition and bonus in appreciation of my leadership here.Demonstrated my capability to quickly adapt with my transition from QE role to Ecosystem Services and became a key and trusted liaison for VMware business units and technology partners.

As a QE engineer and lead, championed for top quality deliverables for any given feature that touched the vSphere hypervisor or virtual machine monitor layerAs VMware added support for more generations of Intel and AMD CPUs, led the CPU enablement process for Enhanced vMotion Compatibility (EVC), a feature that enabled migrating VMs between different CPU families of the same vendor. At the time when QE teams were working in silos, introduced the concept of solution and E2E validation which tested features such as EVC from vCenter UI to hypervisor to CPU and unearthed numerous showstopper bugs
