As Co-Project Manager for Flare Dance Ensemble’s three-day production, attended by over 1,000 audience members, I led a team of 75 cast and crew. My role encompassed meeting with theatre staff to coordinate technical and logistical requirements, conducting comprehensive risk assessments to ensure dancer and venue safety, and overseeing detailed scheduling and movement planning. I managed front-of-house and backstage operations, ensuring each aspect—from rigging to crowd management—contributed to a seamless and safe experience for performers and audience alike.

As a Paraplanner, I oversee comprehensive client communication and relationship management, serving a portfolio of over 100 clients. I coordinate closely with backend teams to ensure seamless operations, manage tasks, and set and meet financial targets to drive client satisfaction and company growth. My responsibilities include converting leads, resolving queries efficiently, and executing financial planning strategies tailored to client needs. Additionally, I handle professional correspondence, support high-quality customer experiences, and contribute to team goal-setting and performance management.
