A Program Lead on design and research project looking at social and environmental risks that have an effect of MNCH and define the family’s social vulnerability towards health risks. Planning and Designing the anthropological design-led research for the study in UP, Bihar and Kenya for the study. The study will focus on vulnerability due to gender and cultural norms, environmental risks both neighbouring and calamities, social dynamics within the home and familial dynamics, and vulnerability due to system’s insufficiencies and lack of access. Developing research frameworks, research questions and hypotheses, design-research and focussed ethnographic tools and documentation templates. Conducting cross-geographic field research in India and Kenya, and analysis to define factors that are common or variable in defining the social vulnerability of families wrt to maternal and child healthLeading the India Research Study and analysis for the global consortium and handling partners and collaboration with organisations bringing Quant and Behavioural Sciences expertise. Differentiated Care for Social VulnerabilityAn extension of Panch Paar – focused on neonatal and under5 child health especially malnutrition and morbidity. Leading the development of innovation strategies, designed tools and packages, implementation and operationalisation of the Social Vulnerability framework and insights. A Differentiated Care Package with identification tools, FLW-Family engagement redesign, job aids, and training packages have been developed in repeated co-design and testing sessions with different stakeholders - FLWs, Operations Teams - TSUs, Block and District Health Societies, and technical health experts from the system and the community. Responsible for handling State and District partnerships both Govt. and NGOs, and client relationships.

Worked as the Creative Lead and Senior Communication Designer for PanchPaar - Project focused on neonatal and under5 child health, morbidity, and mortality. Co-Led the Design phase of the project – Content structuring and communication design for research analysis and frameworks, designing, iteratively prototyping, testing solutions and products. Developed and supervised research and solution representation and all project communication material.Conducting co-design workshops with different stakeholders. Participated in designing research tools and protocols, conducted research and workshops. Collaboratively developing insights, synthesis frameworks and analytics for the research.Among many others, she has worked on designing and testing community-led ritual based concepts around formalising support for childcare and care seeking support networks, and social behaviour change programs.

The IDIs were focussed on understanding their current financial condition and day-in-a-life, their passion towards their craft and identity it brings them, as well as the aspirations they have. The documentation of the workshop was aimed to create a database of the craftspersons and the different regions in Meghalaya to bring cultural relevance to the products created by them. This platform would, in turn, support the community and authenticate these products for potential buyers.
