Design /Development Men's wear Division & Accessories Production

Handle product development initiatives for client starting from customer requirement identification till product standardization. Involve in product development, design, sample & technical approvals till customer bulk delivery & ensure improving customer requirements in terms of Quality, Delivery & Cost.Communicating directly with Buyer Decathlon (Production managers)Communicating with Buyer for Product Clearance.Flawless coordination with Buyer Quality Inspectors & Handling External FRI.Coordination with sampling & buyers from Proto to pre production sample approvalWell trained NOW software 'ERP' a platform in which necessary raw materials are ordered.Coordinating all the pre-production, merchandising & planning activities.Preproduction approvals & testing as per Clients requirement/standardsClose follow up for the fabric flow required for productionFollow up with purchase team for the trims in-house at the right time.Timely follow with factory for the fabric & accessories consumption against the production.Follow up with factory & monitoring the daily production status & reporting to buyers the same.Order Execution right from the Development, Shipment till warehouse execution.
