Talent Acquisition Handling End to end recruitment Life cycle  Review & Prepare Organization Structure, Person to Position Mapping for various departments & recruit to fill the vacancies in the Given TAT.  Sourcing & Screening Potential Talent through various recruitment channels (Recruitment Partners, Internal Job Posting, Job Portals, Reference.) Interview Coordination with different Stake Holders & Recruitment Vendors Conducting HR interviews, Offer negotiations/ discussions, release and closures of offer Work closely with HR Business Partner, deciding salary for New hires and promotion cases based on ‘Comp Ratio’.& Budget.  Getting the Background Verification check , Reference Check , Pre Joining Documents  Maintaining Monthly & Weekly MIS of Hiring status, Joining status, Payroll Input, Candidate Tracker, Monthly Recruitment Projection Cost. Recruitment Tracker. Employee Life Cycle & Other Responsibilities  Work with employees to address all types of employee relations issues, employee Grievances and escalations.  Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.  Joining Formalities & Induction, on-boarding of new joiners Taking Care of exit formalities & Full & Final Settlement & Closure of left employees. Maintain and update database of all sites/businesses with Shared Services Team.  Stakeholder Management & Vendor Management. Performance Management of Recruitment Consultant By Maintaining MIS  Payroll Input & Attendance Management.  HR Compliance
