• Led the implementation of a high profile initiative to modernize billing and service reporting for $2.5B in contracted human service programs across EOHHS. Oversaw the development of complex business requirements, standardized business processes across multiple departments, solved areas of process failure, and led change management efforts.• Established a Provider Advisory Council (PAC) to support dialogue between EOHHS and providers regarding system policies, priorities, and challenges. PAC was successful in securing support from providers for the initiative.• Managed large vendor software delivery, business implementation, and system maintenance contracts. Responsible for approval of deliverables, establishment of acceptance criteria, scope and budget negotiation and vendor performance documentation and reporting. • Developed a process for documenting operational impact for business services scheduled for rollout on the Virtual Gateway. This included collection of user estimates, training, communication requirements and helpdesk processes.• Responsible for supervision, professional development, and mentoring for a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts
