Managing and developing Sales Quotations and Proposal for a range of different solutions afteranalyzing customer requirements.Coordinating with various internal teams from R&D to Stores and Finances to understand, prepareand create comprehensive sales offers.Collaborating with Business Development and Marketing Teams to understand initial requirementsand manage all Pre-Sales Activities.Handling and Managing all Pre-Sales Activities from Customer interaction to setting up Customerappointments.Coordinating and Collaborating with the Sales Team to manage Customer schedules, appointments,calls and queries and ensuring the Sales team receives the most up to date information.Coordination with On field support and technical teams for scheduling and finalizing in-vehicletelematics solution installations, ensuring customers are aware of schedules in advance andinstallation targets are met.Coordination with Customer support team for offering pre-sales and after- sales support to clientsand customers.Coordination with Store and Inventory teams for ensuring all products are updated and configuredas per the customer’s requirement, ensuring Store team is intimated in advance of new requirementsand making sure proper stock is available on time.Handling Customers calls, queries and complaints via phone calls and/or emails and offering after-sales support whenever required.Tele-calling and pre-sales support for new leads and prospective customers before handing over tothe Sales Team.Sole point of contact for managing the Sales module of the ERP system and handling all sales,orders, contracts, and PO in the ERP Software.Responsible for tracking, updating, and managing the Sales pipeline with regular inputs, updates,sold and lost leads and potential clients, in addition to regular quotation and PO status updates inthe Pipeline.Collaborating with the Sales team for preparing and managing month end Sales reports to bepresented to the Senior Management Team.
