As a Business Development Executive at 18.h Consulting, I am responsible for driving sales growth and generating new business opportunities for the company. I leverage my skills in communication, and sales operations to identify, qualify, and close deals with potential clients across various industries and regions.Before joining 18.h Consulting in April 2023, I worked as a Business Development Executive and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Line Live Solutions Private Limited, a leading provider of IT solutions and services. There, I was involved in end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire placements, as well as sourcing and creating pipelines for multiple contract requirements across the US. I successfully recruited candidates with diverse backgrounds, skills, and tax terms, and negotiated salaries, relocation, and other issues in coordination with the clients. I also supported the junior recruiters in sourcing the candidates using job portals and prepared them for client interviews. I contributed to increasing the offer-to-onboard conversion rate and improving the candidate experience.
