GenIE Collaterals & Platform Development – Designing all new updates, content and communication plans for GenIE. Working closely with IT and InfoSec teams on Platform Development4. Stakeholder Management - Conducting trainings and workshops for all internal and external clients and mentoring them at all project stages5. Quality Management – Rigorous compliance adherence for the process. Designing tools, dashboards and change management strategies to enable an error free environment6. New Hire Orientation– Educating all new hires and external experts about GenIE process guidelines and new developments7. Team Management – Ensuring consistent high performance standards for 7 member GenIE team

• Understanding the requirements from Senior Leadership, Business Development team and external clients and providing them with insightful competitive intelligence and marketing strategies across industries and geographies effectively influencing key management and business decisions.• Assisting the team on various projects to support the company's practice areas (e.g., newsletters, industry summaries, and geographical and sector analysis, knowledge management initiatives along with analysis and quality audits and reviews).• Worked extensively upon information management and knowledge databases for secondary research such as Factiva, Reuters, Business Week, Hoovers, One Source, Google, Yahoo Finance, etc. as per the clients' need and project's requirements.• Involved in analysis and synthesis of research data and in training teams on research methodologies.• Responsible for managing flow of requests from various clients - scoping of projects, conducting quality checks and ensuring content is well aligned with the business strategy for each business model.• Analytical support for various corporate growth initiatives - Geographic expansion, Industry Analysis, Market Assessment Studies, Company analysis, Market Trend Analysis, Sales Support, Database Management, Competitor benchmarking and other Corporate Strategy Support. • Conducting interviews, training and mentoring juniors on the projects undertaken by them and conducting due diligence. • Actively worked on Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and Excel for all projects.
