Last assignment was in a capacity of a HR Head with Staragri Group handling entire gamut of HR activities at group level with strong expertise in Hiring , setting up a new team across functions be it IT /NON-IT search. prior to Staragri worked as a Recruitment Specialist HR with Planman HR responsible for managing business operations for Mumbai Servicing a client base spread across sectors like BPO’s & Financial KPO’s , Retail, Insurance ,Logistics,NBFC’s and PR & Events..Undertaking multi functional search assignment for Clients across industries.Started my stint with Planman HR Since October 2006 till June 2012.Earlier was managing Volume / Bulk hiring for BPO segment and later took up the role as a vertical head-ITES for the last 4 years responsible for Mid and SR level searches.simultaneously was also handling internal hiring for IIPM for all senior position in BPO division.
