 Responsible for IT recruitment cycle. Follow up at regular intervals with selected candidates till they join the organization & dealing with their various queries. Providing support to employees on referral and other recruitment/ HR related queries. Preparing and posting the vacancies on websites. Screening, short listing conducting preliminary interview prior sending it to the client. Following up the interviews till the final placement is done.  Scheduling the interviews for selected candidates with technical panel. Documentation of selected candidates. Scheduling final round of interview with hiring Manager(F2F/Web Cam/Video Conference. Taking Care of background verification of the offered candidate. Posting new recquirement to various job portel etc. Working on both contractual and permanent requirement. Preparing daily and weekly reports to keep track of the requirement Verifying technical abilities to best of the knowledge by.Reviewing work experience. Reviewing flexibility to work in the new environment. Negotiating and finalizing compensation package (verbally) Provide monthly salary slips to the employee. Attendance managemen. Providing Offer , Appointment Letters to the selected joinee. Maintain employees records Processing of exit formalities.  Reference Check.
