Current1. Preparing monthly payroll and disbursing salary.2. Handling - Induction, Employee Engagement Activities, Background Verifications and Exit Interviews.3. Completing joining formalities and updating record in HR Data.4. Handling Statuary compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus and Gratuity.5. Checking attendance of all employees on daily basis and preparing a daily report.6. Having very good relationship with different clients for recruitment Purpose.7. Scheduling and providing training to new joiners and existing employees time to time.8. Managing end to end recruitment life cycle, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of applications.9. Dealing with employee’s issues & providing timely solution.
