 Handled employee engagement activities in 3 different stores of Croma. Conducted R&R session monthly and Organized activities like personalized celebrations. Handled end-to- end recruitment process of RSPs. Performed assistive role in Induction process with the HR. Handled backend activities like documentation, joining formalities, maintaining data of all the employees of 3 stores. Attended Post Training assessment for the employees. Involved in interviews for “Know your Colleagues” Conducted survey to find out the acceptance of employee engagement activities. To summarize, during my tenure with Tata Croma I got a chance to perform a role of HR Generalist for 3 different stores in Pune.
