I am offering a qualitative & dynamic experience of over 18 years of working with students in High school, specializing in Theory and Practical aspects of the subject, Physics, I am adept at creating a powerful curriculum following educational standards. I am skilled in cultivating a positive educational climate and facilitating classroom activities which engage students by blending levity with learning and making the subject engaging in every lesson. I am experienced in various educational philosophies, which best promote the overall experience of a student. I have an exceptional ability to establish cooperative, professional relationships with parents, staff & administration, I am a clear communicator who prioritizes students’ success as well as complete holistic development. I have developed and implemented hands-on activities, worksheets, and quizzes for the subject which reflect the school’s commitment to high achievement, and which are consistent with school strategies and policies, including the implementation of relevant teaching programs for examination courses. I have had the success of working with the best institutes with the highest educational policies right from TGT to HOD positions and facilitating/coaching by using interactive discussions and “hands-on” approaches to help students learn and apply concepts in subjects. I have provided opportunities for all types of learners and direct daily classroom discussions by asking compelling questions and taking the time to work with students to clarify points of confusion. I am proficient in devising innovative ideas and concepts for increasing the transference of learning from the classroom to the job and motivating students, designing training and resource materials and delivering in one-on-one and group settings.
