Modern Trade (Reliance, Metro, Netmeds, and more) and ECOM (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, and more)• Ensure optimal fill rates and stock availability for MT, ECOM, and Institutional customers by coordinating with distribution planners and internal logistics teams.• Manage relationships with over 60 MT/ECOM customers, handling customer master data, MRP updates, and EAN updates.• Oversee order processing through Javis, collaborating with vendors to improve the program and ensuring timely appointment and delivery scheduling.• Work with the sales team on order prioritization to meet business objectives and coordinate with customer DCs for smooth operations.• Generate and manage reports on fill rates, PO tracking, and consignment updates.• Initiate and manage Purchase Requisitions to ensure proper approval, budget compliance, and procurement process efficiency.
