(CCDBR) is an annual meeting gathering top clinicians and physicians from all over the country to evaluate and educate physicians and the general public about chronic diseases, such as Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), Cardiovascular, Alzheimer's, etc., and how one might reverse the disease or prevent the disease.
