Leading the Master Data Management program vision and roadmap for Microsoft's Devices Supply Chain. Currently own the MDM horizontal stream for Microsoft Supply Chain Engineering. Vision is to drive efficiency into all supply chain functions (Plan to Care of devices), operational excellence, predictability throughout the supply chain functions leading to larger revenues from the device story. MDM ties together the master data across all device domains (1PP, 3PP etc..) enabling reduced cost (COGS/COGP) as Microsoft device story evolves. The Analytics story for devices supply chain depends on good quality master data to connect the data across domains and businesses. Specifically, led the Master Data Management program vision and business case with MSC LT for sponsorship. Built the MDM Program Roadmap in partnership with the MSC stakeholders for each of the Supply Chain functions. Defined the future state architecture for Product master data. Created and evangelized the horizontal funding model for this enabler program across the vertical value streams within SCE. Drove execution within SCE team for Weights & Dimensions master data and successfully implemented the solution with a cross org virtual team. This was a long-standing product master data issue, that led to more than 10+ million in savings. Keying off this success to align multiple Exec. Stakeholders on the future amount of investment and sponsorship needed for delivery of MDM.
