Leading the Master Data Management program vision and roadmap for Microsoft's Devices Supply Chain. Currently own the MDM horizontal stream for Microsoft Supply Chain Engineering. Vision is to drive efficiency into all supply chain functions (Plan to Care of devices), operational excellence, predictability throughout the supply chain functions leading to larger revenues from the device story. MDM ties together the master data across all device domains (1PP, 3PP etc..) enabling reduced cost (COGS/COGP) as Microsoft device story evolves. The Analytics story for devices supply chain depends on good quality master data to connect the data across domains and businesses. Specifically, led the Master Data Management program vision and business case with MSC LT for sponsorship. Built the MDM Program Roadmap in partnership with the MSC stakeholders for each of the Supply Chain functions. Defined the future state architecture for Product master data. Created and evangelized the horizontal funding model for this enabler program across the vertical value streams within SCE. Drove execution within SCE team for Weights & Dimensions master data and successfully implemented the solution with a cross org virtual team. This was a long-standing product master data issue, that led to more than 10+ million in savings. Keying off this success to align multiple Exec. Stakeholders on the future amount of investment and sponsorship needed for delivery of MDM.

Lead the Data Architecture Services team at Intel. We developed and delivered data solutions across Intel’s diverse business capabilities while aligning function specific data solutions with the centralized architecture vision and priorities. Lead the team of 20+ Enterprise Data Architects and Data Analysts, to work with stakeholders across programs, spanning different organizations within and outside IT, to create & execute on a holistic architectural vision. Team enabled optimized solution delivery based on this architecture for Strategic & Tactical Data needs at Intel.Leadership initiatives●Portfolio management – Aligned business priorities opportunistically with architecture & design goals. Influenced business & IT execs to create dollar accountability based Solution delivery resulting in improved stake holder management. ●Enabled success of cross organization IT programs by defining foundation projects, leading data design & SLA based delivery of the same.●Took on the Data team with identity crisis and lack of sponsorship, and turned it around, by providing required vision, goal and leadership.●Participated in Intel IT strategic goals committee & put in place the IT metric programs which attached $$ amounts to IT design & development process. Team delivered the Datamart solution to meet the strategic & transactional data needs for the Global Footwear Planning Business. Data was successfully transferred from legacy systems(Goal) & new SAP implementation into a ODS/Datamart layer – to make the transition of the changing system landscape invisible to the business & enable business function, which depended on the data. Responsibilities were:●Manage the team of developers through the SDLC to successfully design & maintain the solution. ●Negotiate a SLA with Biz & hold development standards to it.●Manage across varied teams biz, technical sources to ensure team and project success.●Educating & managing the business partners to have realistic expectations. Training and production support.●Responsibilities in the area of personnel management. Functions like yearly reviews, budget management etc.

Rest Of the World Decision Support System for Nike's planning business, spanned multi-regional business stakeholders and multi-system data sources converging into SAP due to Supply chain replatform. Lead the data architecture of business requirements & managed the team to land a successful data design in SAP BW. Landed a no-production-glitch datawarehouse solution implementation in this complex project and was recognized with a divisional award for it. Responsibilities were to:●Managed the team of developers, project plans for resourcing, timeless, analysis, design, testing (SIT, WIL ect.) ●Lead data design standards definition & communication across business units for common data.●Training the business users in U.S and Asia on the design, features/limitations of the SAP BW environment.●Managing communication with IT technical & business stakeholders to ensure business sponsorship.●Turn the team morale with clear goal setting which lead to personnel satisfaction & success for IT team and Business needs.

Delivered an End-to-End Data solution for the Planning business across different products – Footwear & Apparel and different timezones. Was responsible for delivering the Data model for Nike's Planning business. Successfuly led the technical coordination between architects-ETL-DBAs-analysts. Managed resources & project SDLC to deliver a successful solution. Was the primary point of contact for Nike's Planning business data needs & the technical point of contact to tie back to the Enterprise Data at all points.

Gathering user requirements and supporting analytics requirements for the company by generating datamarts for capabilty based reporting. Due to the lack of a consolidated data warehouse this was more challenging for fulfilling executive requests of multifunctional analytics.
