Hello, I am Divyashree M, Analyst I ERP Package Applications with overall 3 years of experience in DXC Technology.My designation is Salesforce developer and I hold Salesforce Administrator,Salesforce Platform Developer-I and Salesforce Omnistudio Developer certifications. I am upskilling using the trailhead.I have expertise in salesforce data modelling and data management using tools like workbench and data loader. I have good understanding of security control which includes field-level permissions, object-level permissions, OWD settings and sharing rules. My knowledge on user management using profiles and permission sets is good.I have worked on declarative tools like workflows where have written email templates when the respective workflow triggers and process builders.I have a good knowledge on the programmatic aspects which includes apex classes , apex triggers, SOQL and have successfully written test classes in order to get the coverage for the apex classes. I have worked on developing a Landing page where, we used Aura Components and developed the page using the Lightning App Builder, worked on the Partner Portal side of the salesforce to meet customer needs.I have worked on the manufacturing cloud which is mainly about the Run-Rate Business and CRM Analytics.
