I have been on more elephants than horses. And I will *never* get on a camel again. That camel was rude... you know who you are!I've done a lot. It's hard to summarize, but I think all of my experience boils down to three fundamental roles:- People grower (educator, manager, department head, team lead, director, coordinator)- Gap bridger (educator, manager, social media influencer, communicator, liaison, negotiator, presenter)- Creator (social media influencer, studio director, videographer/video editor, social media manager)Those are all roles that I actually had (most of them at the same time!). I like who I am and what I can do. And what I can do is: Understand and grow people through empathetic management and harness their creativity in ways that benefit everyone. You're in the woods and you come across a fork in the path? How do you know which way to go? You observe, you creatively solve, you make a confident decision, you move forward.Check the ground. Which path has more wear? Climb a tree. Where does each path go? With the information you can observe in obvious and unique ways, make a decision and move forward. As the cheshire cat said, "βWhere do you want to go?β was his response. βI donβt know,β Alice answered. βThen,β said the cat, βit doesnβt matter.β Make a decision and keep moving forward!
