With over 10 years of experience in human resources, I am a senior consultant at EY, where I provide people advisory services to clients across various sectors. I am also demonstrating my proficiency and knowledge in the HR field.I worked on a secondment from EY with ONDC, a non-profit organization, as the HR lead. In this role, I was responsible for managing the HR operations, policies, and processes, as well as supporting the organizational development and change management initiatives. I have successfully implemented several HR projects, such as new hire orientations, performance appraisals, and employee engagement programs, with the help of my team and stakeholders.Prior to joining EY, I worked as a senior analyst and an analyst at Accenture, where I gained valuable experience in HR consulting, Talent acquisition, and Employee Relations. I received multiple awards and recognition for my contributions, such as the Heavy Lifter, the Promotion, and the On The Spot awards.
