With over 10 years of experience in human resources, I am a senior consultant at EY, where I provide people advisory services to clients across various sectors. I am also demonstrating my proficiency and knowledge in the HR field.I worked on a secondment from EY with ONDC, a non-profit organization, as the HR lead. In this role, I was responsible for managing the HR operations, policies, and processes, as well as supporting the organizational development and change management initiatives.
