Obtaining and processing patient lab/mammo/pap results for a 6 doctor OB/GYN. I record and review all lab results, assuring that a doctor addresses those lab results which are out of range or troublesome. I monitor that all results have been received and processed by staying in close contact with the labs and I make sure that patients follow up with necessary surgical procedures should their pap results be abnormal. Additionally, I contact newly delivered mothers, interview them regarding their hospital delivery experience and any current issues they may be having and assure their postpartum visits are scheduled. I assist the front desk in answering phones, triaging patient calls and scheduling patients as needed.

Reviewing all biopsy results for patients. After obtaining sign off from the doctor, each patient was then contacted and either reassured about results, or if further evaluation or follow up was needed, I scheduled the patients either in our facility or to a surgeon for treatment.
