I assemble and function test rack mount servers for production environment. I troubleshoot and resolve issues with systems found during the testing and validation process. I am able to communicate professionally with customers. I demonstrate in depth knowledge of the internal components which was utilized in the troubleshooting process when resolving hardware issues. I also label and package systems for transport and delivery customers.

My main responsibilities in my current job are customer service skills including answering the main business phone, cashiering, and helping customers with finding products. I spruce up the store including creating and maintaining displays, and I do other technical jobs including updating the business website and creating and setting up promotional events.
