Responsible for managing a team of 7 professional field trainers in addition to the responsibilities listed as Instructional Design Manager

Managed a team of Instructional Designers, Media Designer, and LMS system and staff. Design responsibilities included designing for technical training, computer systems training and Organizational Development Training. Training was designed using e-Learning software's and Instructor Led Sessions were supported with Facilitation Guides, Participant Guides, and necessary supporting documentation for face to face training.

Her design responsibilities include designing technical training, computer systems training, and Organizational Development Training. Self-study eLearning training is designed using a variety of e-Learning software's. Instructor Led Sessions are supported with Presentation Slide Decks, Facilitation Guides, Participant Guides, and any other necessary supporting documentation. Most recently Dixie was the project sponsor for implementing Cornerstone On Demand's Learning Management System. Dixie has over 20 years experience in designing, delivering and managing training from non-profit to private industry. Dixie loves sharing the lessons learned and best practices she has learned in the process of a first time implementation or a conversion project. Dixie has a BA in Business and is a Certified Instructional Designer, Certified in Adult Learning from University of Washington.
