This was my first experience as an entrepreneur; building a clothing brand from the ground up. Developed my skillset and experience in a realistic corporate situation at the biggest refinery of Europe: Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Rotterdam.Launched a design-oriented research with the goal of reducing the leadtime of a Turn Around Maintenance every few years in order to guarantee safe and properly functioning factories.Utilized relevant theories to get to a redesign consisting of Last Planner System (push to pull) and digitalization with a result of a significant increase in the internal delivery reliability of Turn Arounds.Learned about the importance of stakeholder involvement, and implementing the already existing theories about rootcauses of problems that occur in such a large organization.
