We use a 1kg fluid bed and computer controlled roaster for consistency and quality. Each roast is carefully tracked and monitored by temperature, with attention to the best flavor development for the particular coffee.We roast on-demand, usually on Mondays and Fridays. Coffee is shipped USPS and arrives on your doorstep at the beginning of its peak flavor. By comparison, your local coffee chain’s coffee has an expiration of 6 months from its roasting. Even the costly boutique coffee will typically be weeks to months old.If you haven’t tasted a micro-roast yet, the proof will be in your cup.
