I was the main design resource for the marketing department and I delivered creative for all internal departments where required. I worked collaboratively with senior stakeholders in the UK and US on global design initiatives creating marketing collateral for both BMI Research and the Fitch Group of companies. I headed up the design team, scheduled the workflow and assigned tasks according to skills and proficiencies.Specific achievements:I designed and implemented the BMI Research brand and I acted as brand guardian, ensuring consistency of style across all campaigns and often in multiple languages. I designed the company website, store site, microsites and email templates, all direct mail campaigns, sales collateral, product catalogues and graphics for e-marketing campaigns.I developed a comprehensive suite of sales based templates such as proposals, presentation slide decks, usage reports and infographics, to ensure consistency of brand style when sales staff are presenting to clients.In addition, working with the New York marketing team at parent company Fitch Group, I designed the marketing portal for their credit ratings information outlet FitchConnect and all associated print and e-marketing collateral.I created and rigorously maintained a logically designed filing system, including maintenance of current and archived projects and materials.
