When I was in grade school, my report cards all had the same feedback: “DJ is a great student, but she talks too much.”As an adult, I’ve pivoted that criticism into my greatest strength. I have a unique ability to connect with people regardless of audience size, individual skill set, or level of seniority. This has allowed me to excel in stakeholder engagement, leading my teams to successful outcomes. This also applies to my direct teams - I pride myself on boosting morale for every team I have been a part of, and I enjoy supporting teammates and celebrating their successes! I’ve spent much of my career as a Data Analyst specializing in Data Visualization. Being able to take complex healthcare data and visualize it in a way that engages users and informs strategic decision making is highly rewarding. More recently, I’ve been focusing on Project Management. My knack for relationship building paired with my skill set in data analytics, makes me a utility player on any team. I genuinely enjoy connecting with new people and hearing new perspectives.
