CurrentWorked full-time on the project 'Horcery', as the lead Mechanical Engineer for the Horcery stationary Stall Monitoring Device and the wearable Horcery Withers Device. My current role involves end-to-end product development for wearable electronic devices. Key Tasks • Designing of Electro-Mechanical systems, Electronic Enclosures and Housings, • Create drawings, FAIs, assembly instructions, & BOMs • Establishing international standards, DFM,DFA • Optimizing the manufacturing process • Design and develop molds for plastic injection molding • Perform FEA simulations for design safety & functionality • Overlook Manufacturing: Injection molding, CNC machining, rapid prototyping, Laser cutting • Designing and manufacturing of enclosures of sheet metal, alloys, plastics, composites, and hyper-elastic materials.
