* Responsibility for managing weekend schedules of change activity where multiple implementations can be taking place during service “quiet times” – including project deliveries (major and minor), application releases, hardware maintenance slots, building maintenance work etc.* Planning future work schedules, identifying potential areas of conflict and highlighting risks to service availability. * Issuing appropriate and timely communications to various interested parties (IBM, Legal & General and other 3rd parties supporting the account) where system/service outages are required as part of scheduled implementations. * Maintaining awareness of customer’s contractual commitments to its Business Partners to ensure those agreements are met.* Building and maintaining close working relationships with the other Service Management teams working on the account (IBM, customer and 3rd parties).* Providing ongoing support to the off-shore Change Management team, who took ownership of the process as part of outsourcing arrangements.
