Responsibilities:- Lead a regional team of 3 creative producers, working closely with other regional leads.- Manage personal and team resources to deliver timely, high-quality service to the business.- Act as a single point of contact for internal clients and key stakeholders in the region.- Assist in the video ideation process.- Scriptwriting, copywriting, and storyboarding video concepts for presentation to stakeholders.- Shoot video in single- and multi-camera scenarios, in studio and external environments.- Setup and operation of teleprompters.- Use Premiere Pro to edit, add captions, music, graphics, colour correct and mix audio.- Develop bespoke motion graphics and branded video toolkits in After Affects.- Photo processing and retouching in Photoshop.- Develop customized encoding profiles in Adobe Media Encoder.- Handle upload and distribution of final assets to internal, web, and social media platforms.- Develop and maintain relationships with music, voiceover, and stock footage providers.- Maintain a comprehensive video archive system, easily accessible and understood by others.- Ensure that all output produced by the team meets quality and consistency objectives.- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that content aligns with corporate identity guidelines.- Provide formal and informal mentoring to team members.- Provide guidance and help team members to grow their skills.

Responsibilities:- Maintain a fleet of Avid professional video editing and Pro Tools audio mastering suites.- Manage the time and resources of junior technicians assigned to me on an ad-hoc basis.- Ensure technical issues are resolved in a timely manner so that projects remain on schedule.- Perform preventative maintenance. Identify and escalate potential issues.- Manage the technical budget and provide accurate reporting to the accounting team.

Responsibilities:- Provide immediate technical troubleshooting to video editors when required.- Manage petty cash and provide accurate reporting to the accounting team.- Responsible for output, duplication, quality assurance, and delivery of final video masters.
